the bumblefoot rock project was founded in 2015 to specifically inspire young people aged between 6 and 18 years of age to learn how to play musical instruments, write their own music and songs, join and form bands, record their own music, make their own music videos and to perform live on stage.

our rock star 5 point plan is our teaching ethos for student learning and development.

the rock journal and student portal are the tools that our students use to begin and develop their musical journey. both the rock journal and the student portal include active references for our students including bumblefoot and team tutorials, interviews, songs, music videos, live footage, inspired advice and much much more...

THERE ARE MANY SUB GENRE'S OF ROCK MUSIC AND WE WORK WITH A VARIETY OF BANDS AND ARTISTS WITH DIFFERENT TASTES including: BLUES ROCK, POP ROCK, HEAVY METAL, ELECTRONIC ROCK, PUNK ROCK, RAP ROCK, GARAGE ROCK, HARD ROCK, FOLK ROCK, ALTERNATIVE ROCK, REGGAE ROCK, SYNTH ROCK, PROG ROCK, GRUNGE ROCK...YOU NAME IT WE'LL ROCK IT!

the bumblefoot rock project - uk - is based at the new beaconsfield hall, Shipton-under-Wychwood, Oxfordshire, UK. serving children, young people and adults from the local community and beyond. WE WORK WITH COMPLETE BEGINNERS THROUGH TO ADVANCED MUSICIANS.

OUR VENUE IS NEW BEACONSFIELD HALL WHERE WE HAVE A FULLY EQUIPPED TEACHING STUDIO AND STAGE FOR LIVE WORK. OUR TEAM HAVE ALL RECeiVED ENHANCED DBS CHECKS AND WE WORK CLOSELY WITH SHIPTON RF AND VH CHARITY trustee committee.

MEMBERSHIP

Our band sessions and 1-2-1 lessons run everyday of the week. Our membership starts from £10 per week and is available for children aged 6 years and older. We also work with adults. 

OUR BAND SESSIONS ARE 1HOUR 30MINS IN DURATION WITH A DESIGNATED FULLY TRAINED ROCK MENTOR. OUR 1-2-1 LESSONS ARE 1 HOUR IN DURATION WITH A ROCK MENTOR THAT SPECIALISES IN THE CHOSEN INTSRUMENT.
